Positive: Good location, responsive hosts before and during the stay, accurate description of listing

Negative: cockroaches… I saw 3 live within the first few hours of checking in and 1 dead one the next morning

When we checked in after a long flight, we met the host (great) and went to dinner. When we arrived back and attempted to unpack we were met with the first 3 cockroaches. We messaged the hosts very late, they responded the next morning and provided a few options. They had pest control come out, we decided to stay in order to avoid disrupting our trip. I saw one more roach but at this point felt it was too late as we were checking out the next day. We recommend the hosts and the location but, be warned. Had we needed all 3 rooms, we would not have stayed that first night. I’ve never had to write a review like this and hope this is the last one.

A wonderful, place, wonderful location, in a great neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants, supermarket, bakery very close with easy transportation available. Shopping areas like Ginza and Roppongi were easy to get to. I would stay here again

Highly recommend the property to anyone traveling with kids or with a group of friends.

The downstairs living / dining area is large and comfortable. Having the living area seperate from the bedrooms is rare in Tokyo as most places combine the spaces. Lots of bathrooms downstairs and upstairs.

All the essentials (7-11, Super Market, Coffee,Chemist) are 5 mins away. Train stations 15min walk. Great WiFi and lots of charging cables provided.

We had an awesome start to our vacation here! The apartment worked great with a one year old baby as all of the rooms had sliding doors. Tracey even got us a high chair and a cot for the baby, and we got an early check-in 🙏🏻
Everything was very clean and well organized, kitchen, shower room and bathroom well equipped, and another toilet upstairs.
The neighborhood was quiet but had all the amenities close by, and only a short 7minute walk to the Yamanote line. Yes you could hear the traffic a bit to the bedrooms but using the shutters helped.
We would definitely stay here again!
